Return Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. All sale items are final sale. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. FENIX is not responsible for exchange shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All sales are final, no refunds, buyers can opt to exchange garments or accept store credit.

EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping by using one of the following third-party couriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL. All local messenger services accepted.

Your exchange will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your new order to be processed. We hold the right to deny requests for store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Availability of products is not guaranteed.

If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately two to three weeks from the order date. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. FÈNIX is not responsible for payment of this duty.

You may choose either FedEx, DHL or CTT for international orders; we strongly recommend FedEx for faster, more reliable service.

STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt for the current selling price. No refunds. No price adjustments. We hold the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
